Gabriella engages in client-centred therapy that acknowledges and validates her client’s individual strengths, difficulties, and personal goals, making sure to utilise the therapeutic approach that best fits her client’s needs. She uses a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, Interpersonal Psychotherapy and Solution-Focused Therapy.

Gabriella is passionate about providing a compassionate and collaborative therapeutic environment where her clients feel safe, supported to overcome their difficulties, and empowered to achieve their goals. She does this by supporting her clients to identify and understand their thoughts and behaviours, equipping them with a variety of helpful strategies, and guiding them to make lasting life changes.
